In an alternate Paris where the Marais reigns supreme, Jim Parfait is the undisputed king of the Gym Queens — ripped, adored, and drowning in followers.

Then he contracts Heterosis, a mysterious virus turning gay men heterosexual, and watches his entire kingdom (and his abs' fanbase) evaporate overnight. Only one follower sticks around: Lucien, a shy, closeted admirer who's barely come out to himself, let alone anyone else. Together, the unlikely pair race through the Marais in search of a cure — and a lot of chaos — before the virus wipes out the community altogether.
